What equipment brands do you repair?
We are highly specialized in Graco, Titan, and TriTech equipment. We also service other leading industrial sprayers, pressure washers, and line stripers. Contact us with your specific model to confirm.
Can I get a quote before repairs are completed?
Yes! We diagnose your equipment failure the best we can to provide you with a service quote. You can decided if you would like to move forward with the repairs, or not. We do charge a 30 min. diagnostic if you decline the repairs. We also cannot give quotes over the phone. The equipment must be present at our shop.
What is the standard turnaround time?
Most standard diagnostics and repairs are completed within 3 to 5 business days, dependent on the current shop queue. We prioritize getting contractors back to work efficiently.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
Yes! We normally operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need to be "bumped" to the front of the line, we do offer this service at a higher rate. Keep in mind, if parts need to be ordered, and you are requesting them faster than normal shipping times, you will also be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Do you stock OEM replacement parts?
Yes. We maintain a large inventory of OEM parts and accessories for Graco and Titan sprayers. If a specialized part is not in stock, we order it directly from the manufacturer.
Do you handle manufacturer warranty work?
Absolutely. As an authorized service center for major brands, we can process warranty claims and perform the required repairs at our facility. We are authorized for warranty repairs at Graco, Titan, and TriTech. Bring in your original purchase receipt and we can take care of the rest.
Can I ship my equipment, or is it drop-off only?
Majority of our customers opt to drop-off their equipment during normal business hours. We are conveniently located near the I-75 & I-70 intersection, whether you are coming from Columbus, Cincinnati, Lima, or Richmond. If you prefer to ship your equipment, please call ahead so we can prepare logistics.
